Is TripTalk legal?

Yes. TripTalk is an educational harm-reduction resource. It provides safety information and references to legally licensed service centers. The app does not facilitate, encourage, or enable any illegal activity.

Does TripTalk promote drug use?

No. TripTalk is built around harm reduction — providing accurate safety information so that adults in legal jurisdictions can make more informed decisions. The app does not encourage substance use and does not contain sourcing information or dosing tools.

How do I reset the age verification?

Open the app and navigate to Settings → Profile → Reset Age Verification. You will be prompted to verify your age again the next time you open the app.

Is my data private?

Yes. If you browse as a guest, no data leaves your device. If you create an account, we collect only the minimum data needed (email, display name, and content you create). We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Delete Account. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I report inappropriate content?

Tap the flag icon on any experience report or review to report it. Community-reported content is reviewed periodically against our community guidelines, which prohibit sourcing discussions, harmful advice, and content that violates our safety-first standards.

What jurisdictions are covered?

TripTalk currently includes legal status information and service center listings for Colorado and Oregon. We are actively adding coverage for additional jurisdictions as regulations evolve.
